The Live Format
Live casino titles typically stream a hosted table while digital controls are used to place an action within a defined window. Available games, schedules and seats can change by provider.
A stable connection improves presentation, but the provider’s recorded result remains authoritative.
Choose a Table
Review the game variant, minimum and maximum stake, pace and any side-bet rules before joining. Similar-looking tables can use different limits or timing.
Fair Play and Results
Previous hands, spins or outcomes do not determine the next result. Trend boards describe what has happened; they do not forecast what will happen.
Where a result is disputed, Rock9 may request confirmation from the relevant provider.
Connection and Support
If the stream lags or the controls freeze, stop further input and check game history. Send support the table, provider, time, stake and round ID if the record needs investigation.
Responsible Live Play
The quick rhythm of a live table can encourage rushed choices. Set both a spend limit and a time limit, skip rounds when uncertain, and leave the table when play no longer feels recreational.
